I recently had my first appointment at Dr. Lane’s office as a new patient. I want to highlight that the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating—I felt very welcomed from the moment I arrived. My only concern was the wait time. Despite arriving early to complete my paperwork, I was not called back for my 2:40 PM appointment until approximately 3:30 PM. While I understand that medical offices can get busy, I hope the clinic can work on improving their scheduling flow to better honor appointment times. I really appreciate the care I received and look forward to my next visit.

This was my first visit and it was a great experience from check-in to check-out. Dr. Lane and the entire office staff were very friendly and welcoming.

My regular dentist sent me to this unwelcoming office. CHECK YOUR SCRIPTS. They will give you two anti biotics and NO PAIN PILLS. When they finally decide they need to call something else in they will send it to your OLD pharmacy. The worst wasnt screwing up my pain meds. It s that after all I paid to be in pain amd toothless, they cant afford a stand alone office amd instead have a location where you cam listen to old people moan in the lobby like something is seriously wrong. I literally have a stand alone medical zoned office building I want to sell. It s not like they can't find a place with decent parking and no dementia moaning.

I have a massive fear of dental work and the words oral surgery are not at all comforting. Dr. lane and his staff listened to my concerns, explained without making me feel stupid, and genuinely wanted me to be comfortable with the treatment plan. While I do genuinely hope to never need these services again, I wouldn’t go to anyone else and will highly recommend. I had a crown lengthening procedure and they sent me home knowing exactly what to expect, a pain plan if needed (which it barely was), and a clear expectation of when I could take the next steps with my dentist. I also very much appreciated the ice pack and soup that were in my discharge goody bag. After a consultation with another local periodontist, I can truly say Dr Lane is the best option for any periodontal work in Memphis. Post surgery pic with my favorite periodontal assistant. She made this process so much more bearable.
